These terms apply to events hosted, promoted, or listed by Vinyl Closet Records.

1) Event Details May Change

Dates, times, performers, capacity, and other details may change. For the latest information, check

this Site or contact us.

2) Capacity, Entry, and Conduct
 

Some events are limited by capacity. Entry is not guaranteed.

We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove attendees for safety reasons, disruptive behavior, or failure to follow staff instructions.

3) Photos and Video at Events
 

We may take photos or video during events for promotional or community purposes. If you have concerns about appearing in event media, contact us at info@vinylclosetrecords.org and we will do our best to help.

4) Tickets and Refunds
 

If tickets are sold, refund terms will be provided at the time of purchase.

If ticketing is handled through a third-party platform, refunds and disputes may be handled through that platform’s policies.

For free or RSVP-based events, no refunds apply.

5) Assumption of Risk
 

By attending an event, you assume the normal risks associated with public gatherings and live events.
